[Edit Feb 9, 2009] Thank you to alepainkiller, kuscherlirmel, Roxrio, & LACYDRAWERS for featuring this piece in the past few months, thanks to them "Set in Motion" doubled in hits and favs.
It's my first and current CG2 art class project. The idea is for use to two choose words that can be represented with objects. The words we had to choose from where: Comfort & Discomfort, Static & Motion, or Calm & Chaos. I chose static and motion. We have to do two different images. This one represents "Motion", pretty much how urban city life is lived in a fast pace. The "Static" image is going to feature a more simplistic, old-fashion lifestyle. This one sort of takes on China's transformation of the past meets modern.

All of the objects were scanned onto the computer and all effects were created using basic brushes, blending options & modes, liquify, and the blur filters. Though I did use only one texture from Sarah-Dipity. The Hong Kong and Sydney pics were taken by my mommy.
